San Antonio Shooting

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A man accused of fatally shooting a teen during a conflict at a Northeast Side restaurant was arrested Monday.

The suspect, identified as Robert Leon Allen, 25, faces a murder charge in the shooting death of 15-year-old Noel Reyna, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

BCSO spokesman Sgt. David Barrera said Allen was arrested by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at an apartment complex in the 7100 block of Oaklawn Drive, officials said.

“He has been actively sought until his capture today,” Barrera said.

A 15-year-old boy was shot to death Monday, November 21, 2017, following a dispute about 9:30 p.m. in the 7700 block of FM 78.

Investigators said Reyna was involved in a conflict following an argument that started at a friend’s funeral on November 20.

The argument continued in the back lot of a Whataburger at about 9:30 p.m. in the 7700 block of FM 78, where Reyna was fatally shot by a man in a vehicle, they said.
